Screw Compressors.
The heart of your production line: continuous, efficient and long-lived compressed air.
Why Choose a Screw Compressor?
Screw compressors are a cornerstone of modern industry thanks to their capacity for continuous 24/7 operation and high energy efficiency compared with piston machines. Compression happens between two helical rotors that turn without touching, which minimises friction and reduces both heat and energy loss.
The quality air ends in the models we supply lower your running costs, while quiet operation improves comfort on the shop floor. Variable-speed (inverter) models adjust motor speed to actual air demand, cutting energy use noticeably under fluctuating load.
- Low running and maintenance costs
- Long-lived air end construction
- Smart control systems with PLC monitoring

Frequently Asked <span class="text-primary">Questions.</span>
How often should a screw compressor be serviced? expand_more
The first service is usually carried out after 500 operating hours. Subsequent scheduled services should be repeated every 2,000 or 4,000 hours, depending on the condition of the oil and the filters.
What does a variable-speed (inverter) compressor gain you? expand_more
Inverter technology matches motor speed to your air demand. When air use falls, the compressor slows down, so energy lost to off-load running largely disappears. The saving depends on the load profile of the site.
What matters most when choosing a compressor? expand_more
The key criteria are the total air flow required (m³/min), the maximum working pressure needed, and daily running hours. We survey the site and work out the most suitable model with you.
