From Strip-Down
to Commissioning.
Our main workshop is equipped with the specialist tooling needed to establish exactly why a compressor block failed, judge whether a repair is cost-effective, and carry out that repair at the right time and in the right place.
Our inspection programme includes stripping the compressor down to its cast body. Cleaning and dismantling by specialists makes it possible to assess the most cost-effective course of action in each case.
Our qualified engineers follow the compressor from the moment it arrives at the workshop until remanufacture is complete, with quality checks at every stage.
On-Site Service
In larger industrial systems, removing and transporting a compressor is impractical and downtime is costly. With on-site engineering support the compressor is dismantled, inspected and its faulty parts replaced; after repair the operating parameters are checked and the system is recommissioned.

Daily
- check_small Check the oil level in the tank before starting; top up if low.
- check_small After a normal start, confirm the front panel gauges all read within range.
Weekly
- check_small Check the oil level.
- check_small Drain water collected in the oil reservoir.
- check_small Clean the radiator matrix with compressed air.
- check_small Clean the dust filter and the intake filter.
- check_small Inspect internal components.
First 800 hours
- check_small Grease the electric motor bearings (refer to the motor bearing lubrication chart).
Every 1,000 hours
- check_small Check the control air circuit hoses; replace if needed.
- check_small Check the contactor contacts; replace if needed.
- check_small Replace the dust filter.
- check_small Clean the radiator matrix with non-flammable cleaners.
- check_small Check the separator differential; replace the element if blocked.
- check_small Clean the intake and air filters; replace if needed.
Every 2,000 hours
- check_small Change the oil and oil filter.
- check_small Check all oil circuit fittings.
- check_small Check all electrical power circuit connections.
- check_small Check belt tension; re-tension if it vibrates excessively in operation.
Every 4,000 hours
- check_small Replace the oil plug O-ring.
- check_small Replace the separator.
- check_small Check all bolted connections.
